Salary:

19 PLN/hour (about $4)
About $1000-$1200 per month

Order of work:

2 shifts 6:00-18:00 and 18:00-6:00, Monday-Friday for 12 hours (30-minute break at certain times).
Ability to work 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday (starting on Sunday for the evening shift).
Approximately 250-280 hours per month.

Training period for self-maintenance of machines is about 3 months.

The job involves maintaining machine tools and quality control of finished parts.
The factory is noisy and workers are issued earplugs.
