Place of work: Kempno district (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship)
We offer a job with chord pay after the end of the probationary period
trial period from 2 weeks to 1 month with hourly wages.
clear system of remuneration
- during the trial period: hourly rate 18.75 -22.50 PLN net/hour.
for students under 26 years of age: 24.22-26.30 PLN net/hour.
- after the probation period: chord pay + attractive bonus system
* Chord pay depends only on your abilities and possibilities (number of made elements, furniture frames).
Approximate monthly salary from 4000 to 6000 PLN net (including maximum 20% bonus).
Employment on the basis of a contract of assignment
Guarantee of hours - 190-240 hours/month, working in 2 shifts, 9-12 hours/day, 5-6 days a week.
Housing is provided (cost 400 PLN/month)

YOUR TASKS:
● Completing furniture frames and their components according to instructions
● Installation of springs, belts, mechanisms and other additional elements of furniture frames.
● Gluing the frames with foam, cotton upholstery (batting).
● Preparation of materials/blanks/products required for assembly according to the current production order.
● Ensuring continuity of production
● Quality control and responsibility for the quality of work performed
If
● You have a desire to work, you want to develop your skills and gain new experience, or perhaps you already have experience in a carpentry shop.
● You can read technical drawings
● Your strengths are: manual ability, accuracy, conscientiousness, focus on the result, and you have no contraindications for the above-mentioned works.
● You like to work in a team
● You speak one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian.
