Place of work: Kempno district (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship)

2-month probationary period with hourly wages
clear system of remuneration
- during the trial period: hourly rate of 18.75-22.50 PLN net/hour.
- after the probation period: chord pay + attractive bonus system
* Chord pay depends only on your skills and capabilities (number of upholstery sets sewn).
Approximate monthly salary from 5000 to 8000 PLN net (including maximum 20% bonus)
● guarantee of hours - 190-240 hours/month, working in 2 shifts, 9-12 hours/day, 5-6 days a week
● housing is provided (cost 400 PLN/month)
● free transportation to work

TASKS:

● complex sewing of furniture upholstery and its elements
● sewing of orders according to instructions on the basis of received sets of cutouts, upholstery elements
● machine work: decorative stitching, overlock finishing, joining fabric with synthetic, sewing zippers, stitching, stitching of elements
● Operating a sewing machine
● Quality control and responsibility for the quality of the work done

IF

● you have experience as a seamstress (experience in the furniture industry will be an advantage)
● you can read technical drawings
● your strengths are: manual ability, accuracy, conscientiousness, focus on the result, and you have no contraindications for performing the above-mentioned works.
● you communicate in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian
